CartJockeys SMS Program
CartJockeys sends work-related SMS messages only to golf course staff who explicitly opt in. Messages may include shift schedules, availability requests, sub and coverage alerts, supervisor broadcasts, policy acknowledgments, and operational reminders.
Employees opt in before any SMS messages are sent by visiting the CartJockeys opt-in page or their personal worker portal link provided by their employer outside of SMS. The employee enters their own mobile number and checks an unchecked consent box with the required SMS disclosures.
- Message frequency varies based on scheduling activity, typically 2-8 messages per week per employee.
